  • Shipping is done through DHL and is express freight. Shipping time once orders are shipped should take around 3-5 days.
  • Free shipping on all keyboard items in the United Arab Emirates.
  • For the following countries, free shipping on keyboard items for orders over AED 350 / USD 95:

  • Free shipping only applies for keyboards and keyboard related items, specifically:
    • Keyboard Kits
    • PCBs
    • Case
    • Keycaps
    • USB Cables
    • Switches
    • Plates
    • Stabilizers
  • Low cost shipping rates are applied to all other items excluded from the Keyboard Free Shipping campaign.
  • Import Taxes, Custom Duties and any other regulatory fees are NOT included in any shipping rates – these should be settled by the customer.
